An early start to go & see the fish markets in Tsukiji. Fish as far as the eye could see, too many different types to count. Huge torpedo like tuna, which had been bought at the auctions, awaiting preparation. Of course, being next to the freshest fish in Japan, it only seemed right to have Sushi for breakfast!
